• • Ticketing: Data collected when booking tickets (surname, first name, email address and payment information) is processed by Billetweb, our third-party ticketing provider. Please refer to Billetweb’s privacy policy at billetweb.fr.

Purpose and Legal Basis

Your personal data is processed either on the basis of your consent (contact forms) or for the performance of a contract (ticket purchases). It is never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

Data submitted through contact forms is retained for a maximum of 12 months. Ticketing data is retained in accordance with applicable legal obligations (5 years for accounting records).
