Data Collected

This website collects personal data in the following cases:

• Ticketing: Data collected when booking tickets (surname, first name, email address and payment information) is processed by Billetweb, our third-party ticketing provider. Please refer to Billetweb’s privacy policy at billetweb.fr.
• Audience analytics: This website uses Matomo, a self-hosted analytics tool. Matomo collects anonymised browsing data (pages visited, time spent, approximate geographic location) solely for the purpose of understanding how the site is used and improving it. No data is shared with third parties. Matomo is configured in accordance with CNIL guidelines: IP addresses are anonymised and data is stored on our own servers. No prior consent is required for this use.
• Cookies: This website uses technical cookies necessary for its proper functioning. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies are placed without your explicit consent.

Purpose and Legal Basis

Your personal data is processed either on the basis of your consent (contact forms) or for the performance of a contract (ticket purchases). Audience analytics data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in improving the website. No data is ever sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

Data Retention

Data submitted through contact forms is retained for a maximum of 12 months. Ticketing data is retained in accordance with applicable legal obligations (5 years for accounting records). Matomo analytics data is retained for 13 months, in line with CNIL recommendations.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique et Libertés), you have the right to:

• Access, rectify or erase your personal data
• Restrict the processing of your data
• Receive your data in a portable format
• Object to the processing of your data
